Terms of purchase
The terms of business of the company Sonora d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Trader) have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14; 110/015; 14/19), Chapter III. – Conclusion of contracts outside business premises and distance contracts and constitute prior notice within the meaning of Article 43 of the Civil Code, and in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations Act and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The Merchant reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the Merchant's website and will enter into force at the time of their publication there. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will apply to purchases after the publication of these amendments. The
Buyer is obliged to check the applicable Terms and Conditions before each purchase. By ordering a product, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms are available to service users at any time so that they are enabled to save, reuse and reproduce them. These Terms and Conditions are considered an integral part of each Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded between the Merchant and the Buyer over the Internet.
The Buyer is every visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, orders and pays, thereby concluding a Distance Contract. By ordering a product, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and confirms that he/she fully understands them. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the Buyer declares that all information provided about himself is true and complete, that he is legally competent, that he is an authorized credit card user and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products via the online offer. The Seller shall not be liable for any actions of the Buyer contrary to this provision. Prices are retail, expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase. All ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid after the offer was made, or at the time of order. Sonora d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. For orders received from customers living outside the EU, additional customs and tax costs may be payable by the Buyer.
