The wealth of choice, small batches of items, personal approach to the production and sale of our jewelry determine a different way of ordering and purchasing in our online store..
- Choose the product you are interested in and send an inquiry.
- We will check for you as soon as possible whether the product is currently available in our offer.
- We will send you a confirmation and a payment link and you can continue with the order and payment.
Or
We do not have the same product, but we will send you photos of similar products by type or color so that you can choose another, potentially more attractive item. You confirm the new choice and continue with the order and payment.

You saw something on our Instagram/Facebook/store that is not in the online store and you send an inquiry. We will send the photos and you can continue with the order..

In our store in Opatija there are more than 9000 different pieces of jewelry, and in our workshop/warehouse there are even more different individual pieces. Our selection changes daily because we strive to be creative and unique in our approach to silver jewelry. This makes it difficult for the usual way of doing business in an online store with automatic order confirmation and requires sending inquiries and confirmation before further processing and payment.
Payment and delivery
The buyer can pay for the ordered product:
– by payment to the account (online/mobile banking to the account or by payment slip) – payment instructions will be sent to your e-mail address
– by credit cards via the Corvuspay service
– by cash on delivery (cash payment upon collection) – exclusively for the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Delivery throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia is carried out by the GLS and BOX.NOW delivery services at the following price list:
- GLS 5 €
- BOX-NOW 2 €
Delivery times are according to the currently valid terms of delivery services and you will be informed about the shipment and its tracking information. Sonora d.o.o. will prepare the products for delivery within 1–2 business days.
Delivery in the EU and outside the EU is carried out by the Eurosender delivery service at their current price list and delivery times, which you will be informed about when ordering
Delivery of products over 60 € is free in the Republic of Croatia.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt, report any visible damage directly to the delivery person, and refuse to accept the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the registered user confirms that the product was inspected upon receipt and that there are no complaints about damage to the transport packaging.
Termination of the contract and return
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded outside the business premises or concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period in question begins to run from the day on which the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier, has been given possession of the goods that are the subject of the contract.
If the Buyer has ordered several items of goods in one order that need to be delivered separately, or if the goods are delivered in several items or in several shipments, the period begins to run from the day on which the last item or shipment of goods has been given possession of the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier.
If the Merchant does not notify the Buyer of the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, this right shall expire within 12 months of the expiration of the termination period (the 12-month period shall begin to run after the expiration of the 14-day period provided for regular termination in the event of proper notification). If the notice of the right to unilaterally terminate is delivered within 12 months, the right to unilaterally terminate shall expire upon the expiration of the 14-day period from the date on which the Buyer receives this notice.
In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the Buyer must notify the Merchant before the expiration of the period by an unambiguous statement sent by e-mail to info@sonora.hr or to the following address: Sonora d.o.o. Dalmatinskih brigada 2, 51211 Matulji. It is necessary to state your name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number and subsequently the account number (IBAN) to which we will return the funds, if the order was paid for by transaction payment to the company’s account or by cash on delivery.
We will send you confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract, without delay, by e-mail.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which he informed the Trader of his decision to terminate the contract.
The Trader is obliged to return to the Buyer the amount of the paid funds, reduced by the amount of the delivered goods, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the written notice of termination of the contract, after the Trader has checked and accepted the returned goods, which must be in their original condition.
The Trader is not obliged to refund the payment before the goods delivered to the Buyer are returned.
The Trader is not obliged to refund the amount of the paid delivery.
The Trader is obliged to refund the payment using the same means of payment that the Buyer used for payment, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another means of payment, and provided that the Buyer is not obliged to pay any additional costs for such return.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, must not have been worn or used and must be returned with all original labels and receipt.
The buyer is, in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, responsible for any decrease in the value of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right to terminate the contract
The buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract in the cases prescribed by Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, and in particular if:
– the service contract has been fully fulfilled by the trader, and the fulfillment has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the service is fully fulfilled
– the subject of the contract is a good or service whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the trader’s influence, and which may occur during the period of the consumer’s right to unilaterally terminate the contract
– the subject of the contract is a good that is made according to the consumer’s specifications or that is clearly adapted to the consumer
– the subject of the contract is a good that, due to its nature, is inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.
